Information we collect and use

We collect your name, phone number, optional email address, order details, reservation requests and booking details, text conversations, and any SMS consent you provide. We use this information to process your order, arrange pickup, provide customer service, and send order or reservation updates when you opt in to the relevant program. Checkout uses cookies to remember your cart and protect form submissions. Square processes online card payments; card details are entered with Square.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use service providers, including Square for payment processing and Twilio for SMS delivery, to operate these services. They receive the information needed to provide those services. SMS consent is optional. Pickup consent is recorded with the order. Before reservation texting is activated, the reservation service will record the guest phone number, consent response and time, and opt-out status; reservation updates and reminders require that consent. We retain order, reservation, conversation and consent records for business operations and recordkeeping.

You may place an order or make a reservation without opting in to texts. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance.
